• We do notsubmit your application, communicate with any licensing agency on your behalf, or act as your agency’s administrator, clinical supervisor, or consultant.
• You are responsible for confirming your state’s current requirements with the relevant licensing authority and, where appropriate, a licensed attorney, and for adopting, implementing, and following the policies in your own operations.

A policy manual is one part of a license application. We make no representation or guarantee that your application will be approved or that your agency will pass a licensing survey or inspection, which depend on your full application, your operations, and the reviewing agency.
